Logistics Manager





What would you be doing

  • Working with the logistics service provider to follow up on all outbound shipments to make sure they reach our customers in a timely fashion and ensuring all orders placed during the day make it out to our customers
  • Smooth Execution of Inhouse and Field Operations activities
  • Customer/Sales Facilitation
  • Following up daily on orders in transit
  • Managing the team to create a streamlined outbound process
  • Producing regular reporting on our outbound performance
  • Managing the process of receiving returned products and issuing refunds to our customers
  • Coordinating with customer service team to ensure customers’ needs are met
  • Optimizing the entire process of shared inventory to reduce out-of-stocks and speed up fulfilment

What is required 

  • Bachelors in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations or related degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in Logistics management, key account management, 3PL or related field
  • Proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint, & Ms Excel required
  • Creative problem solver with an ability to work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams for project execution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present to C-level management
  • Experience in Logistics & Operations is preferred
