What would you be doing

  • Manage end to end spectrum of employee lifecycle including but not limited to on-boarding, off-boarding, leaves, insurance and policies administration
  • Maintain employee data across HR systems, capturing all status changes in an employee lifecycle ensuring data correctness and integrity
  • Manage the employee profile document such as offer letter, probation confirmation, labor contract, annex of labor contract, disciplinary record, and termination record and ensure documentation is in compliance with labor laws
  • Provide advice and support to employees’ queries regarding policies, leave, benefit, probation, off-boarding process

What is required 

  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR
  • Well-organized, supportive/helpful, attention to details
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to breakdown and understand data
  • Ability to work independently, proactively under high pressure with good problem solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
