Performance Marketing Manager





What would you be doing

  • Reporting on the results of digital marketing operations and comparing them to key performance metrics and return on investment
  • Improvizing Content and creative parts of the campaign.
  • Produce and evaluate data reports, digital marketing analytics reports, and communicate findings with the team so that optimization plans may be developed.
  • Anticipates internal and external business obstacles, as well as regulatory issues, and makes recommendations for process, product, and service improvements.
  • To meet milestones and targets, you’ll need to lead teams or projects with a lot of visibility.
  • determining the most up-to-date digital technologies and current digital trends that are affecting the industry
  • Managing campaigns from the initial phase of concept to its execution and implementation

What is required 

  • 3 years experience in the digital marketing space
  • In-depth understanding and practical experience of using Google & Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing channels
  • Ability to use and understand the core of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Current knowledge of online marketing principles, strategy, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint, & Ms Excel required
  • Creative problem solver with an ability to work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams for project execution
