• Spread the adult diaper open and fold from one side.
• Now turn this folded side inwards at the edge of the side.
• Adjust the diaper so that it fits well ensuring you do not leave any gaps.
• Fasten the lower tapes sideways and the upper tapes downwards.
• Press the tapes gently.
• Fold the diaper inwards at the side of the edge.
• Lie sideways of help the wearer lie sideways and position the diaper right at the center.
• Fasten the diaper over the wearer’s waist.
• Adjust the upper tapes according to the best fit.

Storage

Store at room temperature away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

• The safe duration for changing of a diaper is 2 to 4 hours.
• Ensure that you wear the diaper correctly, as it helps prevent rashes and urinary tract infections.
• Keep an eye on liquid intake and keep a safe distance from liquids 2-3 hours before bedtime.
• Ensure that you wear the right diaper fit.
• It is better to first consult your doctor for treatment of overactive bladder then begin use of diapers.
