Direction For Use

Wash one cup of quinoa with water and drain it.
Put it in a pot, add two cups of water.
Bring it to boil, then let it simmer at low temperature for 10-15 minutes.
Quinoa is ready when each grain is separately visible.
To have crisp taste of each grain, next time, slightly reduce the quantity of water.
Add salt and other contents and it is ready for use as a dish to replace rice. If you want to use it as porridge, just add milk and sugar to your taste.
