Patients with family history of venous thromboembolism or arterial disease as well as diseases like hypertension(high blood pressure) , cardiac failure(heart failure) , renal (kidney) impairment, epilepsy (seizure), obesity , diabetes, inflammatory bowel diseases (GI problems ), smoking , migraine and others. Patients allergic to this medication or to any other medications should also inform their doctors .
