It is also used for the treatment of schizophrenia and depression with or without anxiety.
levosulpiride
This drug is used as a gastroprokinetic (increases gastric motility), usually indicated in nausea and vomiting. This drug can also be given to treat indigestion, dizziness, irritable bowel syndrome, schizophrenia, Tourette's syndrome (neurological disorder of invluntary vocalizations), and for treating depression with or wthout anxiety.
Contradications
This drug should not be given in comatose states, CNS depression, or phrochromcytoma.Side effects
