What are the uses of Miconazole?

This medication is used for treating fungal infections such as athlete’s foot, ringworm, jock itch, and other fungal skin infections (candidiasis). It can also be used to treat a skin condition known as Pityriasis (tinea versiolor) characterized by shedding of parts of skin as flaky scales.

How to take Miconazole?

Use it as prescribed by your health care provider. Make sure to complete the course of the medication. If you stop using the medicine before the prescribed time, the fungus may grow back and worsen the condition. The dosage of this medicine is dependent on the age, condition, and its severity.
