Contradications

Ths medication is contraindicated in patients with heart block, arrythmias (abnormal rhythm of heartbeat),  recent Myocardial infarction (heart attack), severe liver impairment, porphyria (liver disorders).

Dry mouth, blurred vision, drowsiness, fatigue, neurological effects, GI upset, weight gain, hot flushes, hypotension (low blood pressure), tachycardia (high blood pressure), heart block, allergic skin reactions, taste disturbance, hepatits, changes in sugar levels, blood disease, bone depression, headache, tremor, mydriasis (dilation of pupil), disturbance of libido and potency.
