This medicine is used in allergic rhinitis (runny nose), vasomotor rhinitis (chronic sneezing), common cold, influenza. This medication is the decongestant of the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract especially nasal sinus.

Contradications

This medication is contraindicated in patients receiving MAOIs theray (depression therapy), severe hypertension (high blood pressure), severe coronary artery disease (blood vessels that supply your heart become damaged) and hyperthyroidism (thyroid gland produces too much of hormone thyroxine).
