What would you be doing

  • Develop effective ongoing relationships Corporate leaders, establishing yourself as a credible, trusted, respected, and valued thought partner
  • Drive the people agenda within the leadership teams you partner with
  • Provide leaders with advice and guidance around their organizational structure to optimize for business objectives in a highly matrixed and dynamic commercial environment
  • Partner with leaders on change initiatives, likely due to growth or the coming together of teams and functions
  • Challenge existing people-related practices if you believe there are better ways of doing things and inspire others to do the same
  • Advocate for best practices in everything you do while simultaneously optimizing for speed and outcomes

What is required 

  • At least 2 years of demonstrated People Business Partner experience (or equivalent) within technology-focused organizations
  • Ability to partner at the C-suite level
  • Experience leading teams of people in a People and Culture setting
  • Experience delivering projects, like talent development and/or recognition programs, across regions and functions
  • Experience working within an entrepreneurial organizational/fast-growing culture is preferred
  • Ability to present yourself and your views confidently and with conviction
  • Ability to work at a quick pace whilst maintaining appropriate attention to detail and ethical standards
