This medicine should not be used in pregnancy.
This medicine should not be used by breastfeeding mothers.
This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients with impaired renal (kidney) function, so ensure that the patient is adequately hydrated.
This medicine should not be used in patients with myasthenia gravis (auto-immune disorder characterized by marked muscle weakness).
