• The patients with thyrotoxicosis (abnormal thyroid gland function), diabetes, heart impairment, angina (chest pain), and high blood pressure should use this medicine cautiously.
• This medicine should not be used alone for treating moderate to severe asthma and monitor plasma potassium levels during therapy.

This medicine may cause the following:

• Tremors
• Headache
• Increased heart rate
• Sleep disturbances
• Decreased potassium levels
• Allergic reactions
• Narrowed air passages
• Muscle cramps
• Lactic acidosis (blood pH disturbances)
• Irritation at the back of the mouth.
