Following are the precautions that must be taken: Avoid tasks requiring alertness immediately after taking this medicine. Patients with breathing problems, liver and kidney problems must observe caution. Females of childbearing potential should get themselves checked at regular intervals for possible pregnancy. Elderly must observe caution.
Anemia, decreased blood platelets, acute decompensated heart failure (sudden and serious symptoms of heart failure), fluid in the lungs, liver problems, visible water retention in the body, high amount of bilirubin in the blood, abnormal liver function tests, pregnancy, breastfeeding mothers and patients with lung diseases.
