Precaution:

Before using this medicine inform your doctor about any previous or recent allergies. Caution is advised for patients with a medical history of eyes (cataracts or increased eye pressure), liver diseases, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, diabetes, intestinal problems mainly inflammation, osteoporosis (brittle bones), tuberculosis, bleeding disorders, and central nervous system disturbances (anxiety, depression, psychosis). Using corticosteroids for a long time may make it difficult for your body to respond to stress. Daily use of alcohol while taking this medicine may result in stomach bleeding.

This medicine should be cautiously used in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, thyroid disorders, seizures, cardiac disorders, metabolic disorders, and diabetes. Discontinue immediately if shortness of breath occurs. Prolonged treatment with high dose increases the risk of systemic effects. Inform your healthcare provider if you are allergic to the medicine or any of its constituents.
