Precautions
Exclude malignant disease before treatment. This drug should also be used with caution in patients with impaired kidney function, and acute porphyria.
Indications:
This medicine is used to treat gastrointestinal disorders such as duodenal, post-operative, and benign gastric ulcers (stomach ulcers), duodenal ulcers associated with Helicobacter Pylori (bacteria), esophageal reflux, reduction of gastric acid, chronic episode of dyspepsia (discomfort and pain in upper abdomen due to indigestion), moderate to severe esophagitis (esophagus infection) and gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) (digestive disorder), and treat and prevent NSAID (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) associated duodenal and gastric ulcers.
Administration:
This medicine is used orally or intravenously. The intravenous form in injected into a vein by a medical professional. However, if you are self-injecting or using it at home, ensure you follow the correct procedure and take all necessary precautions. The dosage is dependent on the age, condition and its severity. Please consult your doctor before use.
Storage:

Side Effects:
The patients administered with this medicine may experience dizziness, abnormal breast symptoms in males, liver function changes, changes in blood white cells count, allergies, reversed impotence (inability to reach erection or orgasm) pancreatitis (pancreas inflammation), and decreased heart rate.
Precautions:
The patients with patients with kidney problems and porphyria (liver disorders causing increased sun-sensitivity) should be cautious. Please treat any malignant disease, if present, before starting therapy.
Effects on pregnancy and lactation:
This medicine is safe to use during pregnancy; however, consult your doctor before use. The effect of this medicine is undetermined in lactating females; therefore, caution is advised.
