Lezra contains Letrozole, which is an aromatase inhibitor. Aromatase inhibitors lower the levels of estrogen in the body by inhibiting an enzyme called aromatase. Breast cancer is usually stimulated by increased levels of estrogen. Lezra not only treats the cancer but stops its spread and prevents the recurrence.
