Mebendazole is a medicine used for the treatment of intestinal infections.

This medication is used for the treatment of intestinal worm infections such as pinworm, roundworm, and hookworm.
How to take Mebendazole?
Use it as prescribed by your health care provider. Please complete course of medication to prevent return of the infection. The dosage of this medicine is dependent on the age, condition and its severity. Please consult your health care provider before use of this medicine.
How to store Mebendazole?

Will my stool look different if I have worms?
Your stool may have white cotton type threads within your stool. Pinworms are more difficult to see due to their small size and appearance.
Is there any other symptom I should look for to check for intestinal worms?
You may have an itchy rectal area suggesting presence of pinworms.
Does Mebendazole have any effect on pregnancy and lactation?
This medicine should only be used during pregnancy if no safer alternate is available. Consult your health care provider before using this medicine. This medicine passes into breast-milk and effects are unknown. Consult your health care provider before using this medicine.
