-Take one pad out of the packaging. -Rip it open to reveal a new pad. -Take off the covering (sheet) at the pad's back. -Center the sticky part right in the center of your underwear; the area between your legs. -Now take off the smaller sheet at the pad's front, revealing the wings. -Wrap the wings around the underside of your underwear. -Wear the underwear normally.Storage
