The frequency of changing a diaper depends solely on its usage.

No, you don't have to necessarily change the diaper every time your baby pees. Diapers are designed to absorb liquids very well and keep the baby's skin dry.

It is advised to choose a baby's diaper according to his/her weight as many babies of the same age have different weight and hence require diapers of a different size.

Leakage from a diaper occurs when the diaper is too big for a baby or if the elastic bands on the side were not attached with the diaper properly.
