Direction For Use

-Take out a contour plus strip carefully from the packet.
-Then gradually insert the grey end of the strip into the meter.
-You will see that the meter is turned on and apply blood screen appears.
-Gently prick the tip of your finger and touch the test strip to blood.
-Hold it still till you see the meter has beeped.
-Wait for about 5 seconds and you will see that your glucose/sugar level is displayed.
-For turning off the meter, simply remove the strip from the meter.

Storage

Store the product at room temperature, away from direct light and heat.
