-To switch the meter on, insert a test strip into the meter. -After turning it on, an apply blood sign will appear on the screen of the meter. -As soon as the apply blood sign appears on the screen, touch the strip to the blood and hold the meter still till it beeps. -Wait for 5 seconds. -Within 5 seconds your result will be displayed. -To turn the meter off, remove the test strip.Storage
