Polymyxin B is indicated in infected ocular (eye) inflammation.

side-effectsSide effects of Polymyxin B

Patients using Polyfax may at times experience corneal thinning, cataract, fungal infection and rise in intraocular (eye) pressure. If you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time, consult your doctor immediately.

pillsWhen not to use Polymyxin B

Polyfax should not be used in patients with viral, fungal, tuberculous or purulent infections.

Polyfax is used as a local anesthetic agent.

side-effectsSide effects of Lignocaine

Patients using lignocaine may at times experience dizziness. confusion. convulsions. and depressed respiratory rate. If you experience any of these symptoms for a long period please consult your doctor.

If you have the following conditions, complete heart block. or hypovolemia (decreased blood volume). please consult your doctor before using lignocaine.
