Uses of Carpsol

This medicine is used in ovarian tumours, Small-cell lung cancers, head and neck cancers and testicular cancer.

Side effects of Carpsol

Some patients might experience stomach upset, Neurologic toxicity (toxic substances in nervous system), Myelosuppression (decreased bone marrow activity), or Nephrotoxicity (toxic substances effecting kidney function). Please consult your doctor if you have any of these symptoms.

When not to use Carpsol

Please consult your doctor before taking this medicine if you have severe renal (kidney) impairment, myelosuppression (decreased bone marrow activity), or severe allergy to platinum components or mannitol.
