Directions for use

• Start with wetting your free toothbrush (in the packaging) with some water.
• Squeeze out a small amount of toothpaste on the toothbrush’s head.
• Insert the toothbrush in your mouth at an approximate angle of 45 degrees or whatever you are most comfortable with.
• With gentle but firm stokes, brush for at least two minutes.
• Spit all the foam.
• Wash your mouth with water again.
