Direction For Use
The Glucose Monitoring System consists of a handheld reader device and a sensor that is worn on the upper arm’s back. Every time the patient scans, he/she gets the current blood glucose reading, the glucose data for the past 8 hours, and a trend indicating a fall or rise in the glucose levels.
Storage
The Sensor Kit should be stored between 4°C and 25°C. While you are not required to keep your Sensor Kit in a refrigerator, you may do so as long as the temperature is between 4°C and 25°C. Protect from extreme heat & humidity
Safety Information/Precautions
-On rare occasions, incase of inaccurate readings on the glucose sensor , or if the readings are inconsistent and don't match with how you feel , perform a blood glucose test on your finger . If th problem continues , remove the current sensor and apply a new one.
-In the presence of flammable gases, do not use vibratory notifications to avoid an explosion.
-The Reader is intended for a single user. It should not be used on more than one person, including family members, due to the risk of infection spreading.
-Avoid getting dust, dirt, blood, control solution, water, or other substances into the USB and test strip ports of the Reader.
