• Pour 10 – 20 ml (2 – 4 teaspoons) of the mouthwash into a measuring cup.
• Pour the mouthwash into your mouth.
• Don’t dilute it with water.
• Swirl the mouthwash inside the mouth for about 1 minute without swallowing it. You can also gargle.
• Spit the solution in the sink.
