Patients that have renal (kidney) or hepatic (liver) impairment, history of cardiovascular (vessels of the heart) diseases, cerebrovascular (vessels of brain) diseases, hypotension (low blood pressure), epilepsy (neurological disease causing periods of unusual behavior), congestive heart failure, cardiac hypertrophy (enlargement of heart), hypokalemia (low potassium level in blood), hypomagnesemia (low magnesium level in blood), diabetes (raised blood sugar level), are at risk of having stroke (blood supply to a part of brain is reduced), risk of urinary retention, risk of gastrointestinal obstruction, prostatic hypertrophy (enlargement of prostate gland), intestinal obstruction, and history of drug or alcohol abuse should stay cautious. Monitor patients for suicidal thoughts and behavior.
